We’re hiring a Sales Associat/Assistant Manager (Retail) for our small furniture and appliance store in Brewster, WA. This role combines customer-focused sales support with day-to-day leadership, helping the store run smoothly and stepping in to resolve issues calmly and professionally.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years combined retail sales and management experience
- Must live within 40 miles of Brewster, WA
- Strong customer service experience
- Common sense, sound judgment, and a positive attitude
- Ability to think outside the box and solve problems
- Comfortable resolving conflicts easily and respectfully
- Self-motivated and able to stay productive with minimal direction
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions
- Support store sales goals through great communication and follow-through
- Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming showroom
- Support day-to-day operations during shifts
- Help resolve customer or workplace issues as they come up
