About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Conference Planning & Education Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our educational events and conferences! In this role, you’ll take ownership of live, virtual, and hybrid programs—taking ideas from initial concept to post-event success. What You’ll Do
Event & Education Logistics
- Drive Success: Coordinate end-to-end execution for conferences, workshops, webinars, and online courses.
- Master the Details: Keep project timelines, venue logistics, food & beverage, AV needs, and materials seamlessly on track.
- Speaker Concierge: Serve as the main point of contact for presenters—managing invitations, bios, slides, and disclosures.
- On-Site & Virtual Support: Be the go-to resource on event days for attendee check-in, speaker prep, and live troubleshooting.
Event Tech & Data
- Own the Systems: Set up event registration, track sign-ups, and manage member data inside our Association Management System (AMS).
- Digital Platforms: Run virtual event tools, app platforms, and online learning modules.
- Feedback & Insights: Assist with post-event surveys, reporting, and continuing education (CE) credit tracking.
Stakeholder & Administrative Support
- Deliver Service: Act as a friendly, responsive point of contact for members, sponsors, speakers, and vendors.
- Stay Compliant: Track continuing education attendance and issue certificates to keep programs accredited.
- Financial Admin: Help manage event budgets, track invoices, and partner with accounting for timely processing.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2–3 years in event coordination, conference planning, association management, or education programs preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Bonus points for experience with event registration tools, virtual platforms (Zoom/Teams), or AMS software.
- Superb Organizer: Incredible attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple event deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- People Person: Top-tier written and verbal communication skills with a passion for helping people.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel for off-site conferences (<10%).

Pay: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
