Venom Classics is seeking an A-Rated Auto Mechanic to join our team, due to a retirement.
We are a premier American Muscle Car restoration and mechanic facility in Mesa AZ. This is an unparalleled opportunity to work on iconic muscle cars.
This is NOT a training position. This is NOT an entry-level position.
Candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of professional work experience, and 5 years professional, supervised experience performing high quality mechanical muscle car repairs.
Working on cars in your garage does not count.
Candidate must understand all aspects of a car. All references will be checked.
What you'll do:
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform auto repairs, upgrades, and maintenance with competency and accuracy at a very high level (no OBD).
- Install custom and upgraded aftermarket parts. This includes upgrades of all kinds, including fuel injection, brakes, etc. (No parts-changing)
- Pull and reinstall engines and transmissions
- Some wiring required
What you need to succeed:
- Be organized
- Be coachable
- Have a full set of quality tools and a quality box
- At least 5* years professional mechanical experience on American M*uscle cars
- This position requires a skilled tech who is able to work with minimal guidance
- Be self-managed, with high integrity. No Drama.
This position is not suited for a home mechanic.
