Office Administrator
Location: Needham, MA (Fully Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9-5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks and maintain supplies.
- Answer phones, schedule meetings, conference calls, and meet/greet visitors.
- Daily use of Microsoft Office, Docusign, Zoom.
- Maintain and update databases and files.
- Partner with team members to aid with administrative needs.
- Coordinating outgoing mail, FedEx or UPS including requesting trips to the post office or a FedEx location, sort incoming mail and distribution.
- Maintain copy equipment and supply inventory
- Managing on-site storage
- Maintain breakroom inventory and food service needs, including ordering team lunches.
- Assist with managing office appearance and upkeep.
- Other duties and responsibilities for a position of this type, which may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Associate's degree acceptable
· Prior relevant skills in finance and legal matters preferred
· Prior office support experience preferred
