- Able to lift heavy materials of 80Lbs. around the jobsite
- Coachable Attitude and can follow directions
- Able to work outdoors year round
- Must be comfortable on a ladder and comfortable with heights
- 1-2 years experience in windows/doors, trim carpentry and/or construction (Preferred)
** No experience required if you have a teachable attitude
