Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Handyman/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks across various projects. Responsibilities
- Execute general repairs, maintenance, and installation work on residential, commercial, or industrial sites using hand tools and power tools.
- Assist with construction activities including roofing, siding & general repairs.
- Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely for site preparation or material handling when necessary.
- Support carpentry tasks such as door hanging, trim carpentry, window installation, and framing.
- Contribute to restoration projects by repairing or refurbishing existing structures..
Skills
- Proficiency& experience with hand tools, power tools, and equipment operation, and the ability to read a tape measure required.
- Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes.
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and inspection procedures.
- Ability to perform independently without supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward completing diverse projects efficiently.
