As the Front of the House Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Customer Relations: Ensure that each customer is greeted warmly and receives optimal customer service during their shopping experience.
- Floor Management: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Keep sales tables, sales racks, fitting rooms, accessories, and displays visually appealing.
- Operations: Manage daily operations including register, cash handling, and deposits.
- Training: Onboard new associates by training them on the register, sales floor, with opening/closing procedures, and customer relations.
- Team Supervision: The Front of the House coordinator is responsible for managing a small team and making sure employees remain task oriented at all times.
- Social Media: Assist with the upkeep of the store's social media content through Instagram and TikTok.
