What you'll actually be doing:
Think of yourself as an advocate, a coach, and a steady presence all rolled into one. Day to day, you'll help the people you support develop life skills, make informed decisions, stay healthy and safe, and get involved in their communities. In residential settings, you may also assist with personal care, meals, housekeeping, and appointments. You'll document your work accurately and collaborate with a care team that's all working toward the same goal — helping people thrive.

What we're looking for:
You don't need a degree or certifications — we'll train you. What you’ll need is a high school diploma (or equivalent), solid communication skills in English (spoken and written), basic computer skills and most importantly, the kind of heart and reliability that this work calls for. If you've done something similar before, great — but passion and character go a long way here too.
