Job Summary
Chili’s at DFW Airport is hiring experienced Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our fast-paced, high-volume kitchen located at Gate C33. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled cooks who take pride in their work, thrive under pressure, and are looking to grow with a respected national restaurant brand.
Responsibilities
- Run the cook line during high-volume periods with accuracy and efficiency
- Lead and assist other cooks to maintain food quality, consistency, and flow during service
- Perform prep duties, including cutting, portioning, and packaging ingredients
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow sanitation and safety standards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, ranges, and slicers safely and effectively
Requirements
- Must have two valid, unexpired government-issued IDs in excellent condition (no tears, creases, or lamination)
- Must be able to pass an FBI fingerprint background check for airport security clearance
- Must have reliable transportation to and from DFW Airport
- Must be available to work PM shifts, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays BEGINING AT 1:45 PM
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum two years of experience in a high-volume restaurant (such as Chili’s, Olive Garden, or Texas Roadhouse)
