Position Overview:

- Compensation: $17-18 per hour, with opportunities for overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Receive and properly store inventory; verify product counts against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards before packaging and shipment.
- Loading and Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks, ensuring all items are handled with care.
- Palletizing: Organize products on pallets and prepare them for shipment.
- Heavy Lifting: Regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks involving physical labor.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Adherence to safety standards and operational procedures is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus but not required.
