Moat Mountain Brewing Co. is looking for bartenders to join our high-energy team at one of the busiest restaurants and breweries in the White Mountains.

PAY: Starting $8 per hour depending on experience + GREAT TIPS + BENEFITS
Full-time employees may become eligible for health benefits after a successful 90-day review.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve drinks and snacks
- Assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and specialty drinks
- Maintain knowledge of beer, cocktail, wine, and food offerings
- Help plan and present bar menus and specials
- Check guest identification and confirm legal drinking age requirements
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area
- Stay guest-focused and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Work efficiently during high-volume shifts
- Support teammates and assist wherever needed during service
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations and company standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven working experience as a bartender preferred
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Relevant bartending or hospitality training certificates are a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment

- All front-of-house team members will be cross-trained across FOH positions
