The Altar Spa is a luxury wellness spa dedicated in downtown Greenville, SC. We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Back of House Associate to support our team and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Position Summary:
As a Back of House Associate, you’ll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role in ensuring smooth spa operations. You will be responsible for maintaining a pristine, well-stocked, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launder and fold towels, robes, and linens according to spa standards
- Restock supplies in treatment rooms, locker rooms, and relaxation areas
- Clean and sanitize back-of-house areas and common spaces
- Assist with inventory management and deliveries
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure seamless guest experience
- Uphold hygiene and safety protocols at all times
- Perform occasional light maintenance or support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or back-of-house operations preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-end environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
