Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate laser and Medical Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various esthetic treatments and services, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. This role requires proficiency in both traditional and advanced esthetic techniques, as well as the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of esthetic procedures including Morpheus, Laser Hair, IPL, EMS and Lipomelt
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
- Utilize software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Provide product demonstrations and retail sales support to enhance client experience and promote products.
- Manage front desk operations including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and handling transactions.
- Develop and maintain social media presence to promote services and engage with clients.
- Upsell additional services based on client needs and preferences while providing excellent guest services.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in esthetics, including color theory, makeup application, and new treatment techniques.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within a med spa.
- Morpheus, IPL and Laser hair certifications
- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing individual responsibilities effectively.
