Duties
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse retail sales team through effective training, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor sales performance using POS (Point of Sale) systems and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels through purchasing, stock replenishment, merchandising, and stock rotation to optimize product availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures while supervising shift activities.
- Utilize management skills to oversee operational tasks such as scheduling staff shifts, supervising cashier functions, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of retail grocery or foodservice environments is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently with excellent time management skills.
- Basic math skills combined with organizational abilities to oversee daily store functions effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with phone etiquette skills and an energetic approach to leadership.
- Qualified candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check, and maintain a valid driver's license.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
