Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Adult Day Habilitation Program Director to lead and oversee our community-based day habilitation services for adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of adult day habilitation programs, ensuring they meet the needs of participants and align with organizational goals.
- Supervise social service program staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and ongoing professional development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with participants, families, caregivers, community partners, and funding agencies to promote collaboration and support services.
- Oversee program compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to social services and disability programs.
- Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize service delivery.
- Coordinate behavioral health services and support behavioral management strategies tailored to individual needs.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, data analysis, and communication purposes.
- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and participant satisfaction.
- Oversee staff supervision in social services delivery while fostering a team-oriented environment focused on client-centered care.
- Ensure all program activities adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and organizational policies.
Experience
- Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities in a social services setting.
- Demonstrated leadership in social services administration or program management within community-based programs.
- Supervisory experience managing teams of social service or behavioral health staff; experience supervising staff from underserved communities is highly valued.
- Strong relationship management skills to engage clients, families, community partners, and stakeholders effectively.
- Administrative experience including budgeting, compliance monitoring, report writing, and documentation using Microsoft Office suite.
- Technical project or program management supervisory experience is preferred to oversee complex initiatives successfully.
- Bilingual skills are a plus to better serve diverse populations; leadership in social services administration is essential for success in this role.

Pay: $43,799.24 - $45,000.00 per year
