Starting pay $18-$21 depending on experience

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing Customer Service and Order Administration functions through the following duties listed below.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Processes purchase orders and coordinates with customers to ensure accurate pricing and delivery requirements.
- Receives purchase orders via phone/email.
- Communicates with customers via phone/email to receive instructions pertaining to purchase orders.
- Consults with Sales Department, Shipping Departments, or other Iten personnel to confirm shipping dates.
- Answers incoming calls to Iten and directs the calls to the appropriate department.
- Assists in the coordination of pick up of parts in Shipping Departments.
- Completes export paperwork for international shipments.
- Processes invoices for previous day's shipments.
- Other duties may be assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of clerical experience required.
- 2-5 years of customer service / inside sales experience preferred
- Strong administration, planning and prioritization ability.
- Computer knowledge and understanding of MRP systems.
- Professional presence and demeanor.
- Effective interpersonal communicative ability.
