Pearl’s House is a boutique-style residential assisted living home dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care for our senior residents. We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to join our team and support a 2:5 caregiver-to-resident ratio to ensure individualized attention and excellent service.
We are hiring swing shift (10am-6pm), afternoon shifts (3pm - 11pm), overnight shifts (11pm - 7am) and weekend shifts (12 hour shifts 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am).
As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with daily living activities, prepare nutritious meals, maintain a clean and safe environment, and foster a warm, home-like atmosphere where seniors can thrive.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Experience as a caregiver and licensed CNA
✅ Ability to cook, clean, and perform household tasks in a residential setting.
✅ Compassionate and patient personality with a passion for senior care.
✅ Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility support.
✅ Basic understanding of senior care needs, dementia care, or memory support is a plus.
✅ Ability to pass a background check

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
