Stallant Health & Wellness is seeking a motivated Clinical Laboratory Scientist to help establish and run a new Moderate Complexity Lab at our Highland, CA Rural Health Clinic. This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up while playing a key role in ensuring timely, accurate results for patient care.

Duties would include:

Conduct clinical laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and other areas
- Analyze and interpret data to assist in diagnosis and treatment
- Set up and Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure quality control standards
- Phlebotomy
- Report to the Lab Manager
Qualifications:

CLS Bachelor’s degree
- Valid CLS license in CA
- Prior 1 to 2 years experience preferred
- Basic Life Support Certificate
Salary and benefits
- Hourly rate: $50/hour
