You will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality systems across engineering and manufacturing operations. You will conduct audits, investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, suppliers, and leadership to ensure products and processes meet customer and regulatory requirements. Work environment is 100% onsite in an environment with limited temperature control.
This is a Direct Hire position required to be fully On-site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Systems, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline
- 3-5+ years of experience in quality assurance, engineering, or manufacturing (aviation/aerospace preferred)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, coding, and technical documentation
- Experience implementing quality management systems and quality standards
Pluses:
- Certifications such as CSTE or ASQ
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards
- Experience with Quantum ERP or similar ERP systems
