About SWCA
Spine & Wellness Centers of America (SWCA) is building the region's leading musculoskeletal (MSK) care network. We serve as the front door for musculoskeletal care at the primary-care level; evaluating and conservatively managing patients with back, neck, joint, and related complaints, and coordinating advanced care only when it is truly needed. We are expanding our APP-led clinics across South Florida and hiring Advanced Practice Providers to help lead that growth.
About This Opportunity
We are expanding APP capacity at our Kendall musculoskeletal clinic and affiliated skilled nursing facilities in the surrounding area to meet growing referral demand. You will evaluate and manage musculoskeletal patients across these settings and help keep clinical days consistently full as volume increases.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the MSK front door: evaluate and manage patients presenting with musculoskeletal complaints (back pain, neck pain, joint pain, arthritis, sports injuries, neuropathies, and functional limitations).
- Provide conservative, evidence-based management within your scope of practice and coordinate each patient's care pathway.
- Identify and refer cases requiring advanced interventional care to our physicians.
- Own the patient relationship and deliver a consistent, high-quality clinical experience across clinic and nursing-home settings.
- Perform appropriate basic interventional procedures within your scope (training provided directly by our physician leadership).
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support value-based, cost-effective care.
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted Florida license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Clinical exposure to musculoskeletal, orthopedic, geriatric, or primary-care patients preferred.
- Comfortable working autonomously across a growing clinic and nursing-home environment.
- Trainable and procedure-comfortable; prior injection/procedure experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first, value-based mindset.
- Credentialing-ready: able to move promptly through facility credentialing.
- Reliable transportation for travel between the Kendall clinic and area nursing facilities.
Engagement & Compensation
- 1099 independent contractor engagement.
- Per-encounter compensation — earnings scale with the patients you see.
- Typical clinic days range from 10 to 30 patient encounters.
- Estimated daily earnings of $250 to $1,100, depending on patient volume.
- Flexible scheduling.
- Direct procedure training from our physician leadership.
- Opportunity to grow with an expanding MSK network across multiple South Florida markets.
Why This Role
A strong fit for an APP looking to step into an established, growing MSK practice with an existing patient base and room to expand.
