Job Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance (vehicle use may be required later).
- Solid work history with a record of dependability.
- Problem-solving skills to handle challenges on the job.
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude to work efficiently.
- Availability Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays) from 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM (hours may vary). Night shift days and times vary.
- Preferred to live within 15 miles of Shiloh, IL.
- Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning tasks according to high-quality standards.
- Drive to different locations for cleaning assignments (valid driver’s license required).
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain professionalism on the job.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour (Plus Tips) Highest pay is achieved when your performance meets the guidelines set out in our Empowered Pay Plan.
