Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility grounds
- Follow infection control procedures and safety standards
- Handle laundry services and assist with organizing supplies
- Respect residents’ privacy, dignity, and personal belongings
- Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare setting is a plus)
- Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of aging and memory-related conditions (Alzheimer’s/dementia) is helpful
