Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, develop, and deliver individualized, evidence-based physical therapy treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, state, and federal requirements.
- Maintain compliance with all required clinical training, corporate education, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients, families, and third-party payors to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development through mentorship, continuing education, and specialized training opportunities.
Requirements
- Current Florida State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
- College Diploma from accredited college/university for Physical Therapy. New grads are welcomed!
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
