Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dependable gutter installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems for residential and commercial properties.
Compensation
Percentage-Based Pay Structure:
Earn a percentage of each completed job, with the opportunity to make $1,200–$2,500+ per week based on experience, production, and performance. Motivated installers who work efficiently and provide quality workmanship can earn excellent weekly income.
Duties
- Measure and assess the installation area to determine the appropriate gutter system specifications
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment necessary for gutter installation and related tasks
- Install various types of gutters, including seamless, sectional, or specialty systems, following blueprints and schematics
- Ensure proper sealing, caulking, and fastening of gutters to prevent leaks and ensure durability
- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to execute precise installations
- Perform maintenance, repairs, or replacements of existing gutter systems as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in gutter installation
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and constructions drawings
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation on construction sites
- Ability to work at heights and lift 50+ pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work at heights safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation processes
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
