KB Health Strategies is expanding our West Palm Beach team and looking for confident, motivated individuals to join us as a Call Center Sales Representative.
This entry-level position is built for someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop valuable communication and sales skills. You’ll connect with individuals seeking health coverage, learn about their needs, and help guide them toward available solutions.
No previous industry experience is required. We provide hands-on training to help you get started and continue developing your skills.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective clients by phone
- Ask questions to understand individual coverage needs
- Explain available health plan options clearly
- Conduct follow-up conversations with clients
- Build positive and professional relationships
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development
