Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable team member to join our small gift and bead shop in Plano / Allen TX.
This position is ideal for parents or anyone seeking a relaxed, family-friendly environment with flexible weekday hours (no late nights or Sundays).
What you’ll do
- Assist with simple beading and stringing projects.
- Support online order fulfillment, including picking items and preparing shipments.
- Communicate internally with non-English-speaking staff to locate and restock inventory.
- Help process in-store and online orders, including packaging and labeling.
- Keep the store neat, organized, and customer-ready.

Preferred qualifications
- Able to communicate in English, or comfortable working with non-English-speaking staff.
- Positive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using simple POS or computer systems (training provided).
Schedule:
- Flexible part-time hours, typically 9:30 AM -4pm, 2-3 days / one week, Monday–Saturday.
- Or Tuesday to Saturday 9:30-4:00pm full time.
