ABOUT STREETLIGHTS
StreetLights Residential (“SLR”) is a privately-owned real estate development company with a focus on design-centric mixed-use and multifamily development across the sunbelt regions. Since its founding in 2011, SLR has overseen the development and construction of over 16,000 units representing over $5.8 billion of total capitalization across markets in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
SLR is dedicated to crafting beautiful places that elevate the human spirit, developing luxury multifamily communities defined by a sophisticated and enduring sense of place. We take great pride in creating the spaces people are proud to call home, delivering residences that blend thoughtful design with exceptional quality. With proven expertise in complex mixed-use, urban, and high-rise developments, SLR consistently achieves leading rents and sales performance within each submarket we serve. Our approach is grounded in respect for the surrounding neighborhood—carefully considering architectural context and environmental character to create buildings that are both distinctive and warmly embraced by the community. These principles of design and development quality have earned national recognition, including being honored as the 2023 Multifamily Developer of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders.
