We are currently seeking an Entry Level Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with customers on behalf of Verizon, providing face-to-face support, presenting products and services, and driving sales results.
This is an entry-level management opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in business development and leadership. In addition to customer-facing responsibilities, the Entry Level Assistant Manager role includes assisting with the training and development of new team members.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers in person to present Verizon products and services
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and professionalism
- Identify customer needs and close sales by recommending appropriate solutions
- Support day-to-day business operations and team performance
- Assist in onboarding and training new hires on company standards and procedures
- Collaborate with leadership to meet individual and team sales goals
Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior Entry Level Assistant Manager experience is a plus
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
- Interest in business management, leadership development, and sales

- Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required

Pay: $52,523.13 - $63,253.65 per year
