JOB TITLE: Donor Relations Coordinator
CONTRACT DURATION: 26 weeks (possible temp to perm)

Job Overview:
The Donor Relations Coordinator II supports donor stewardship, fundraising initiatives, and philanthropic programs for a leading healthcare organization. This role coordinates donor communications, meetings, events, and recognition activities while building relationships with donors, executives, and community stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and providing exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ year of experience supporting a comprehensive philanthropy program, including annual giving, major gifts, or planned giving.
- 1+ year of experience with donor stewardship, cultivation, and relationship management.
- Experience coordinating donor meetings, executive support activities, and donor communications.
- Experience preparing proposals, reports, correspondence, presentations, and donor materials.
- Experience planning and executing donor recognition, stewardship, or fundraising events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support regional donor stewardship and philanthropic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with donors, patients, physicians, employees, and community partners.
- Coordinate executive meetings, donor visits, and stewardship activities.
- Prepare donor correspondence, proposals, reports, presentations, and other fundraising materials.
- Plan and execute donor recognition events, cultivation activities, and stewardship programs.
- Coordinate invitations, communications, event logistics, and follow-up activities.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to develop donor materials and recognition collateral.
- Conduct research, maintain reporting mechanisms, and support fundraising initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison with board members, executives, and key stakeholders.
- Handle confidential donor information with professionalism and discretion.
