Doctor Nyree is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and highly organized IV Therapy Specialist to join our team. Our practice focuses on functional and integrative medicine, offering nutritional IV therapy, detoxification, regenerative therapies, hormone optimization, and wellness services in a positive, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Perform IV catheter insertion and removal.
- Prepare patients for physician-ordered treatments.
- Obtain and document vital signs and patient information.
- Monitor patient comfort during treatments and promptly notify the provider of any concerns.
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional patient experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Assist with patient flow to ensure appointments run efficiently.
Patient Follow-Up
- Contact patients following IV treatments to check on their experience and document their feedback.
- Answer general questions regarding aftercare and recovery instructions.
- Relay patient concerns or questions to the provider when appropriate.
- Assist patients with scheduling recommended follow-up appointments and treatments.
Clinical Operations
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient visits.
- Prepare IV supplies and treatment materials using proper sterile technique.
- Assist with wellness procedures and other clinical services as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment area.
- Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and office safety protocols.
Inventory & Office Support
- Monitor inventory levels of IV supplies, supplements, and medical equipment.
- Receive, organize, stock, and rotate inventory.
- Assist with supply ordering and notify management when inventory is low.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient clinical environment.
- Perform additional clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong IV insertion skills required.
- IV certification preferred.
- Experience in IV therapy, infusion centers, emergency medicine, urgent care, wellness clinics, or functional medicine preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using computers and electronic medical records.
- Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
