Job Description
We are seeking an operator for our heat treating facility in Morganville NJ. The ideal candidate will be Self motivated, organized, and be able to work independently at times. This position is Monday- Friday 7:00 AM -3:30 PM.
The day to day activities are as follows.
- Organizing bins of parts every morning according to which furnace they will be treated in.
- Stacking and racking parts in furnace baskets as described in SOPs.
- Loading and running heat treating furnaces according to Procedure.
- Filling out daily production logs, emailing reports & updates to main office.
- Maintain facility, Perform basic PMs on Furnaces. keep clean appearance.
- You will be expected to pass multiple yearly customer/aerospace performance audits.
The ideal candidate must be-
- Able to read and follow technical written instructions.
- Computer literate, Compose Emails & Production reports.
- Maintain job logs, fill out maintenance requests.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs. & able to push loaded carts up to 200 lbs.
- Motivated and have the get it done self-sufficient attitude.
- Has driver’s license/transportation.
- Willing to work various job duties as needed.
- Able to pass Drug Screenings.
