State Street Properties is seeking an experienced, dependable technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and taking on a wide variety of commercial property improvement projects throughout the Denver metro area.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with commercial irrigation experience who is comfortable working independently and enjoys a diverse workload that includes irrigation, construction, landscaping, and commercial property maintenance. If you like learning new skills and taking on a variety of projects, this is the position for you.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, install, activate, program, inspect, and winterize commercial irrigation systems
- Repair and install main lines, lateral lines, valves, sprinkler heads, controllers, backflows, wiring, and related irrigation components
- Perform landscape enhancements, planting, grading, drainage improvements, sod installation, and tree and shrub trimming
- Complete pressure washing, property cleanups, exterior restoration, and general commercial property maintenance
- Perform carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, remodeling, and tenant improvement projects
- Complete concrete, asphalt, fencing, signage, and miscellaneous exterior repairs
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, compactors, trailers, and other landscape and construction equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with material procurement, equipment maintenance, and jobsite organization
- Participate in commercial snow removal and ice management during the winter season
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial irrigation experience
- Experience with construction, remodeling, commercial property maintenance, landscaping, or related skilled trades
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience operating construction or landscape equipment
- Experience towing trailers preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and pride in quality workmanship
- Positive attitude with a willingness to continue learning and expanding your skillset
