Position Summary:
The Project Manager position is responsible for complete oversight of assigned projects from conception through final closeout. This role carries direct responsibility for the management of multi-phased commercial projects. This leadership position will provide accountability for project cost, schedule deadlines, and changes to the scope of work. They will manage multiple projects simultaneously, including vendor/manufacturer support, client relations, and onsite supervision.
You’ll be expected to stay proactive, communicate clearly, and bring value by helping maintain project budgets and meet completion deadlines. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable with managing financial budgets.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Review and submit Construction Documents (Plans/Specs), RFI clarifications, and submittals
· Create and maintain project documentation, including budgets and schedule of values
· Identify and address project conflicts, discrepancies, and schedule concerns
· Process Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Project Billing, and Closeout Documents
· Negotiate Subcontract Labor, Material Quotes, and Access Equipment
· Verify compliance of safety and quality standards through analysis of field reports
· Work closely with the Senior/Executive Team to avoid conflicts and mitigate potential risks
· Assess contract scope of work for alignment with Client Expectations
· Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and manufacturers/vendors to facilitate projects
· Participate in jobsite walks and in-person client visits to evaluate progress and strengthen client relations

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
