We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide exceptional care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
Job Summary:
As a Caregiver or CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients . You will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor the client's condition, and provide companionship and support throughout the shift. Your dedication and empathy will contribute to our mission of delivering compassionate care to those in need.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care to clients, including assistance with bedtime routines, toileting, and mobility as needed.
- Monitor and record vital signs, medications, and changes in the client's condition.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients throughout the day/night.
- Respond promptly to client needs and emergencies, demonstrating calm and effective decision-making.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying living areas and preparing simple meals or snacks.
- Maintain open communication with family members and healthcare team members regarding the client's care and condition.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to work weekends
- Minimum one year of experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
