- Coordinate and manage shore excursions for cruise ship guests, including booking transportation, arranging activities, and providing information and assistance to guests
Develop and maintain relationships with local tour operators and vendors to ensure high-quality and unique excursions for guests- Communicate effectively with guests to provide information about excursions, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records of excursion bookings and payments
- Assist with the planning and execution of onboard events and activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of local attractions and activities in various ports of call is an asset
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
