Duties
- Greet customers warmly at the counter, take accurate orders, and process transactions using POS system.
- Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, providing correct change and receipts while maintaining cash handling security.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales, utilizing effective sales techniques.
- Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness of work areas.
- Deliver pizzas promptly while maintaining a professional attitude; ensure orders are accurate and delivered in excellent condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bussing tables and supporting overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service during dine-in, takeout, or delivery interactions to foster loyalty and positive reviews.
- Follow all safety guidelines related to food industry standards, driving regulations, and workplace safety policies.
- Dishwashing is required for delivery driver shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing basic restaurant math tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
- REQUIRED: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for delivery duties; reliable transportation is.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere.
