Position Overview
This is a 1099 position with the opportunity to start your own business. We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated person to join our team. The ideal candidate isn’t looking to just punch a clock—you take pride in looking at a finished day's work and knowing it was done right the first time. You will work directly with our crew to execute residential and specialty contracting projects across Flathead County.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality work across various phases of residential construction and master trades (framing, finish work, custom installations). * Read and interpret build plans or layouts accurately to minimize waste and errors.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and standard job site equipment. * Maintain an organized, safe, and clean working environment. * Collaborate effectively with the team and communicate clearly with the project lead.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Tools: Must have your own basic hand tools and tool belt (specialized power tools provided).
- Reliability: A solid work ethic, punctuality, and dependable transportation capable of reaching various local job sites. * Stamina: Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in changing Montana weather conditions.
- Attitude: Willingness to take direction, adapt to changing project needs, and maintain a high standard of integrity on-site.
