Job Summary

Duties
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationship with existing clients through regular communication, personalized service, and strategic account management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce; proficiency in using technology tools for lead generation and analysis is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, account management, and customer service within a fast-paced environment.
