Milkco is seeking a 1st Shift Laboratory Technician to work in our Quality Control Department. The Lab Technician is responsible for quality & safety testing of all products during and after production, as well as maintaining lab equipment to the highest standards. They must be able to follow precise laboratory practices and procedures while working independently. This position is full-time & requires working 1 Saturday a month (no more than 5 work days total each week), 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous laboratory experience
- Biology, Microbiology, or Chemistry background
- Minimum 1+ year professional experience or advanced college level coursework
- Food or beverage quality control experience preferred

Employment Requirements:
- Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Physical.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
