Yotta Energy develops distributed battery storage solutions purpose built for commercial solar. Our flagship product, Yotta Block, helps building owners, EPCs, developers, and distributors improve the economics of commercial solar projects through intelligent energy storage.
We are a growth-stage company with a lean team, strong industry relationships, and significant market opportunity. As our first dedicated marketing hire, you will work directly with executive leadership and the sales organization to help build awareness, generate qualified opportunities, and establish the foundation for a scalable marketing function.
The Role
Marketing is often viewed as a creative function. At Yotta, we believe it's an analytical one.
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can build Yotta's demand generation engine through data, experimentation, and measurable business outcomes. This role isn't about creating marketing activity for activity's sake. It's about identifying where marketing investment produces qualified pipeline, proving it with data, and helping the business make smarter investment decisions over time. You'll work directly with executive leadership, sales, product, engineering, distributors, and channel partners to generate demand, strengthen Yotta's market position, and build the marketing systems that connect activity to revenue. You won't inherit a large team or an established playbook you'll help build both.
Required

5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a demonstrated focus on demand generation and pipeline development

Hands on experience with HubSpot or another leading CRM and marketing automation platform

Experience executing and measuring digital marketing campaigns

Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working cross-functionally with sales organizations

Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment
Preferred

Experience in solar, energy storage, cleantech, electrical infrastructure, industrial technology, or other technical B2B markets

Experience supporting channel sales organizations, distributors, or partner networks

Familiarity with complex technical sales cycles

Experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity and workflow automation
Growth Path
This role is expected to evolve alongside the company. As Yotta grows, this position has the opportunity to expand into broader marketing leadership responsibilities with increased scope, budget authority, and team development responsibilities.
