We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide companionship and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for our Female elderly patient. The ideal candidate will offer emotional support and ensure the patient's well-being while helping with daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation.
- Prepare light meals if necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor and report any changes in the patient’s condition.
- Follow care plans and ensure patient safety at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA or PCA certification
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills.
- Must pass a background check and meet health requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
