Responsibilities
- Generate and manage roofing leads ( company-provided leads )
- Conduct roof inspections and property assessments
- Educate homeowners on retail roofing solutions.
- Prepare and present estimates
- Close sales and secure signed agreements
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
- Track activity and sales pipeline
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Previous roofing or home improvement sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of closing sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs (when necessary)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
