Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to water damage losses and lead mitigation efforts on site
- Assess water damage, set up and monitor drying equipment, document job progress
- Communicate professionally with materially interested parties, such as homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters
- Maintain and properly care for tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company protocols
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record, and ability to commute across Loudoun, Fairfax, and Prince William County
- Availability for after-hours or weekend work as needed
- This position requires successful completion of a criminal background check as a condition of employment
- Professional water mitigation experience (preferred, but not required)
- IICRC WRT certification (preferred, but not required)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $22-$30/hour
