Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee orientation programs, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Manage performance management systems, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and coaching for continuous improvement.
- Handle employee relations issues by mediating conflicts, conducting misconduct investigations, and promoting a positive workplace environment.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, and compliance with regulations such as FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation policies.
- Drive organizational design initiatives and process improvements to optimize efficiency and support growth strategies.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruiting strategies using HRIS systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Supervising experience managing human resources teams or projects within complex organizational structures.
- Expertise in employment law, HR legal compliance, employee misconduct investigations, and regulatory standards such as OSHA and EEO guidelines.
- Proficiency in HR systems including ADP, Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, Oracle HCM, and others for payroll and data analysis purposes.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strategic thinking in HR leadership and change management initiatives.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while demonstrating strong organizational skills in program management and succession planning.

Pay: $86,415.57 - $93,739.48 per year
