Your job will entail answering phones, scheduling appointments, and frame styling patients and selecting lens options best suited for their visual needs. This includes ordering, checking, and dispensing glasses. You will be cross-trained for front desk as well. We are a family-owned, local Lakeway business! Prior experience preferred but not required - training provided.
Our goal is to wow every patient every time! The customer experience is the most important thing to us. We have been an independently owned practice for over 20 years with the practice under new ownership the last 1.5 years.
Schedule: 8 hour shifts, just under 40 hours total per week
Day Shift
Monday to Thursday: 8:30-5; Friday 8:30-2
We will be sending you two links to fill out some questions about yourself, as well as an aptitude test/typing skills test. All except the typing test can be taken through your phone but will be easier on a computer.
