Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Screen Print & Embroidery Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating screen printing and embroidery machinery to produce high-quality custom apparel and promotional items. Your expertise will ensure that each product meets our strict quality standards while maintaining efficient production workflows. Duties
- Operate industrial embroidery machines, and screen printing equipment to produce customized garments and accessories.
- Set up and adjust machinery according to job specifications, including fabric handling, seam construction, and embroidery placement.
- Maintain safety standards in production areas by following proper procedures for machine operation and materials handling.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet established quality standards in production.
- Monitor dimensional measurements of finished products to confirm consistency with design specifications.
- Troubleshoot machine issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow efficiency.Requirements
- Proven experience operating sewing machines, embroidery equipment, or screen printing machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of materials handling practices for fabrics, textiles, and garment components.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments used for dimensional accuracy in production processes.
- Understanding of quality standards in production environments with attention to detail.
