Job Summary
We’re looking for friendly faces to join our team. This is a very laid back and stress free position. Lots of down time in between customers so ideal for someone in school or looking for a side gig. Max hours available 6 per week.
Responsibilities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Assist customers with balloon selections and blow up helium balloons.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
- Maintain organized merchandising displays
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic retail math calculations
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or coordinating store activities
Qualifications
- Prior experience in party supply store or retail is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory count.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are crucial for creating positive shopping experiences
