Tim Sayed MD, P.C. is seeking an experienced, polished, and personable Cosmetic Surgery Patient Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis to provide leave coverage from approximately June through January. This role will begin in June to allow for a thorough training and transition period ahead of leave starting mid-August.

Tim Sayed MD is a thriving boutique plastic surgery practice with locations in San Diego and Newport Beach, California. Renowned for its collaborative and customer-focused approach, the practice specializes in en bloc breast explant surgery alongside offering innovative medical spa treatments, such as injectables, laser services, and medically supervised weight loss programs. With a commitment to excellence, the practice prioritizes patient satisfaction and cutting-edge solutions tailored to individual needs.
Important Role Details:
This is a temporary position covering a leave. However, for candidates who also have experience or interest in a Medical Assistant role, there may be potential for continued employment in that capacity depending on practice needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary concierge liaison for all surgical patients
· Guide patients through the consultation and booking process with professionalism and care
· Drive surgical conversions through education, relationship-building, and trust
· Support sales and patient education for services
· Collaborate with the team on patient experience, follow-up, and retention
· Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and promotions as needed
Qualifications:
· Proven track record in plastic surgery or aesthetic sales (required)
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a concierge-level approach
· High level of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Knowledge of cosmetic surgery procedures or experience working in a medical or aesthetic practice is preferred
