Deufol Worldwide Packaging is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our Houston team. In this role, you'll coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and serve as a key point of communication between customers, carriers, and internal teams. What You'll Do
- Schedule inbound and outbound freight with customers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
- Coordinate shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading and packing lists.
- Perform daily inventory reconciliation between warehouse and customer inventory systems.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Communicate shipment status and delivery information with customers.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Support KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow customer logistics procedures and company work instructions to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or 3PL environment preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Experience with warehouse management or ERP systems (SAP or similar WMS preferred).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
