Job Description
Victory Village Christian Academy is a faith-based, nonprofit boarding program for girls. We are seeking dependable and engaging Weekend Day Staff to support and supervise students during daytime weekend hours while maintaining a safe, structured, and positive environment.
This role is a great opportunity to build relationships with the girls, be involved in activities, and help create a fun and meaningful weekend experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and interact with students throughout the day
- Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment
- Assist with meals, chores, and daily routines
- Help facilitate activities, outings, or free time
- Ensure expectations and behavior guidelines are followed
- Communicate any concerns or incidents to leadership
- Support overall dorm operations as needed
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to remain calm and handle situations appropriately
- Enjoy working with teenage girls in a structured environment
- Must be comfortable working in a faith-based environment
- Must be able to pass a background check

Work Location
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
